Customer connect is a sales/support contact center solution with a user friendly interface. The solution has a web back end for the support teams to have customer chat sessions. The customers have an app to initiate the chat, discuss with the support staff and get the information/ help that is needed. The customers can rate and provide feedback at the end of each chat session. The managers have the ability to generate various reports to understand the customer support center effectiveness based on the collected data.
